Laser Cutting Services

Our 4000 Watt non-contact laser cuts through metals, including Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass and other alloys along with plastics and composite materials. We can cut sheets or plates up to 5’ x 10’ and up to 7/8” thick for Carbon Steel, ½” for Stainless Steel and 3/8” for Aluminum. Expect a clean-cut and burr-free edge, and superior results with no rough or jagged edges. A tighter nesting of parts means less waste and a higher yield.
Water Jet Cutting Services
Water jet cutting is suitable for most materials up to 6” thick. No heat is generated during the low-contact cutting process. That means you get precise results with burr-free parts, and tighter nesting ensures a minimum of wasted material.
Tube and Pipe Cutting Services
We offer tube and pipe cutting services with our Amada Laser which has a Rotary Indexer, which can cut from ¾” diameter up to 8.625” diameter tube and pipe. We can cut round, square, and rectangular tubing and pipe, along with angle and channel. Capabilities include pattern development of square to round transitions, elbows and coping and mitering complex shapes are no problem for our state-of-the-art laser.
