Sheet and Plate Laser Cutting Services
Quality Laser, Inc. provides precision laser cutting and water jet cutting services for customers across Massachusetts and all of New England. Laser cutting will leave a clean crisp edge on parts that are cut from most metals. Close spacing between parts allows for nesting of parts on sheet or plate stock, thus eliminating waste material.
Our 4000 Watt Amada Laser can cut up to 5’ x 10’ sheet or plate stock in the following materials and thicknesses.
- Carbon Steel Laser Cutting up to .875” thick
- Stainless Steel Laser Cutting up to .50” thick
- Aluminum Laser Cutting up to .375” thick
Hole tolerances will run within +/- .005” and hole to hole tolerance will run within +/- .005”.
In addition to the above materials we can cut Brass and many other alloys along with plastics and composite materials.
Solidworks files are easily converted for CNC cutting.
Tube & Pipe Cutting Services
Our Amada Laser has a Rotary Indexer for cutting round, square and rectangular tubing and pipe along with angle and channel. The rotary indexer will cut from ¾” up to 8.625” diameter tube and pipe.
- Capabilities also include pattern development of square to round transitions, elbows and coping and mitering complex shapes.
- Solidworks files are easily converted for CNC cutting.
